This page outlines our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and payments to ensure a clear and smooth process.


1. Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 7 days from the date of delivery.

A. Conditions for Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • It must be returned with all original packaging, including the box, pouches, and any accompanying materials.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.
  • An unboxing video of the product is a must for claiming any return or exchange.

Please note that items that show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.

B. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer care team at aura.n.blooms@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your Order Number, the reason for the return/exchange, and clear photographs of the product you wish to return, showing its condition.
  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and, upon approval, will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

C. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • If mentioned in the product page.
  • Earrings (including Jhumkas and Ear Cuffs).
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.
  • Any custom-made or personalized products.

D. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered with in 7 business days
 
Shipping policy most of the orders will be delivered within 3-10 days
 

E. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the process outlined above. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the new item to you. Any difference in price between the original and new item will be handled accordingly by our customer care team.

F. Shipping Costs for Returns:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

D. Currency:

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹). All transactions will be processed in this currency.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Preparation: Each piece of jewellery is carefully inspected, polished, and securely packaged in our signature Aura & Blooms box to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Timelines & Costs

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges.

  • Delivery Partners: We work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect it to be delivered within the following timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days

    • Other Cities (Tier II & III): 5-9 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or public holidays, may occur with our courier partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to our courier partner’s website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Packaging

Every piece from Aura & Blooms is delivered in our beautiful, signature gift-ready packaging. This box is then placed within a secure, tamper-proof outer package to protect your precious purchase during transit.
