Shipping Policy

1) Aura & Blooms charges Rs.100 per order for shipping within India. For International Shipping, we charge a rate of INR 1500 for the first product and then INR 500 for each additional Product.

2) The placed orders will be processed in the weekdays (Monday to Saturdays), excluding the public holidays.

3) Orders placed will be delivered within 4-7 working days within India. Delivery locations outside India will take around 10-15 days.

4) No refunds and no exchange on clearance sale orders

5) To guarantee quicker delivery time and proper handling of the delivery, we only partner with reputed delivery partners like, DTDC, Delhivery.com for both domestic and international shipments.

6) Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid delays in the delivery of the product.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Aura & Blooms allows the Return of the product(s), only if they are damaged or defective.

The customers are requested to raise the Return request within 2 days from the day of receiving the product(s) by contacting our customer care department.

Customers are requested to return the products(s) within 7 working days of receiving the product. The return of the product will not be accepted after this time-frame.

For all returns and exchanges, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the product being opened, its condition, and all packaging materials. This helps us verify the product’s condition upon delivery. Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of the return or exchange request.

The product(s), the customer want to return, must be in saleable condition, original folds and packaging should be retained. The returnable products must be in unused and undamaged condition, the price and product tags should also be intact.

To initiate the returning process of the product(s) purchased from the Aura & Blooms website, the customers are supposed to contact the customer care department, through an e-mail/phone, within two days of receiving the product(s).

The customers are requested to courier the bought product(s) to our designated address, once their return request is accepted.
